The Pakistan Human Rights Welfare Fondation is a social, non profit, non-political, non-religious organization registered in July 15, 1996 with a prime mandate to strengthen the fondation through community mobilization and volunteer support forums to ensure Human Rights, Peace and security, Child and Women right / Protection, Terrorism, Poverty Alleviation, women Health and Population Priority, Adolescent, Education, Health, Environment and Morality. It was established aiming to serve the suffering humanity irrespective of cast, class, age, color, creed, gender, race, ethnicity and boundary. PHRWF is pretty committed to uplift standards of living of the marginalized segment of fondation.

PHRWF is operating and executing various schools and welfare programs to help and support those less fortunate segments of the fondation. The primary source of funds required for the execution welfare programs comes from the membership fees, direct donation and support from the members of the Fondation. All our associated organizations, members and the administrative bodies share a common spirit.

Most of the members of PHRWF are volunteers and have focused their attention towards the betterment of their fondation by contributing their positive role. The expertise they acquired during their academic and long lasting commitment towards the cause of development of fondation is the only asset of PHRWF and so for their potential towards communications and overall coordination with communities has helped PHRWF to pave land for people towards community empowerment. PHRWF have been united on a single cause; Helping Those Less Fortunate. Our country is tackling the though problem like child labor, child abuse as well provision of basic education to children and support to the women and the medical relief to need senior citizens. In fact, whatever the community needs to make life better, PHRWF is there to help and support. The Pakistan Human Rights Welfare Fondation is developing into major welfare & Fondation Service organization
